Dani Murphy is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Registered Nationally Certified Counselor. She utilizes trauma-focused therapeutic interventions to serve a dynamic number of populations. She is EMDR trained and uses integrations of Solutions Focused, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment therapeutic interventions. She received her master's from Regent University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is completing her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at Capella University. Her devotion to assisting clients in constructing meaning from their experiences along their wellness journeys is a reflection of the holistic approach fundamental at Refuel Life Trauma Center. She aims to enhance promise in the narratives of the individuals, children, couples, and families she encounters. Her areas of focus include trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, emotional disturbances, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, personality disorders, blended family challenges, infidelity recovery, life transitions, codependency, self-esteem, grief, parenting, relationship issues, bullying, academic challenges, identity crisis, suicide ideation/recovery, and LGBTQIA++ affirming care.
Bethany Harmon, the visionary behind Orchids Wellness & Decadence, has always been committed to holistic health. After experiencing its transformative power firsthand, she felt compelled to share it with others. In 2020, she founded Orchids Wellness, which initially focused on women's feminine health but eventually expanded to a comprehensive holistic practice after her graduation from massage therapy school in February 2022. With her expanded knowledge and diploma, Bethany now offers a range of services, including massage, reflexology, ionic foot detoxing, and an entire line of products to address both internal and external wellness. She plans to further her education and offer colonic hydrotherapy, targeting what can be the root causes of some mental and physical health imbalances. Bethany is originally a Brooklyn, New York native who transplanted to VA in 2008. She is also a mom of 3 and grandma.
As the owner of Life in Color LLC., Josephena Whinfield started Life in Color LLC because she saw the need for quality in all areas of the business. She has seen it through her experience working in the Developmental Disability population.
She found that the only way individuals and clients can truly live a LIFE IN COLOR is if all areas are meeting the needs of the clients. This experience drove an ongoing passion to have a visionary outlook to include problem-solving, critical thinking, organization, branding, and marketing techniques
Josephina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Masters Degree in Social Work from Walden University. She is QDDP and QMHP-A certified and gaining clinical hours towards her LCSW making her LCSW-eligible. Josepjina’s passions includes music, traveling, counseling, serving within my her community, and making memories with family and friends.
Gaea Stewart-Geth is a versatile freelance artist and urban gardener who spends her time growing and propagating plant life, creating handmade functional art, and creating
compelling graphic designs. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Creative Writing from Old Dominion University, where she honed her storytelling and visual communication skills. Gaea worked as a graphic designer and copy editor for several publications in the eastern United States before ultimately dedicating her efforts to her freelance projects full-time. As a mental health advocate, she is passionate about using art and botany to support positive mental health practices. As the Diversity and Inclusion Director of Refuel Life, she is dedicated to creating supportive and inclusive environments. Her ultimate goal is to leverage creativity and advocacy to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Brian Harfst serves as the Equipping Pastor of Centerville Baptist Church in Chesapeake and as the USA Director of Coaching for Integer Network, an international organization that fosters authenticity, connection, and wholeness through individual coaching and group experiences. Brian received a BA in Psychology from the College of William & Mary and an MDiv from the Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond. As an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, Brian is excited to partner with individuals and groups to raise awareness, clarify callings, chase dreams, set goals, and design the next steps. He lives in Virginia Beach with his wife, Zipper, their two sons, his mother-in-law, and family dog.

Our Youth Outreach Ambassadors work closely with the marketing and social media teams to create and maintain outreach campaigns and programs in the community.
Our Social Media interns assist the Social Media Director by managing the company’s social media accounts and brainstorming campaign ideas, monitoring various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and analyzing analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
Our Marketing interns assist the marketing department in their advertising and promotional efforts by completing clerical and administrative tasks, helping the social media team with campaigns, and preparing promotional materials and presentations.
